Important

The increasingly demanding agronomic and environmental conditions cause a significant loss of the control power of the herbicides.
The specific and balanced combination of new surfactants, humectants and water conditioners, added to the accelerator power, enable SpeedWet Xion Activegel to concentrate the action at a lower dose, minimizing the chemical, physical and environmental barriers with the objective that the herbicide offers its maximum potential.

 

Conditioning/preparation:

Herbicides such as glyphosate and many pyrethroid insecticides are sensitive to the reaction of water and, in most cases, an ideal value is between pH 4 and 6. SpeedWet Xion Activegel prepares water, providing the ideal environment (slightly acidic) so that these phytosanitary products act optimally.

Simultaneously, its innovative formula makes the salts that interfere with many phytosanitary products more complex by so increasing its activity at the site of action.

 

 

Moistening and penetration

When the sprinkling drops settle on the surface of the leaves, they face a series of barriers that limit the absorption of the transported pesticide. The pilosity and the waxy layer become the main obstacles for the entry of the phytotherapic into the plant.

 

The surfactants complex present in the formulation of SpeedWet Xion Activegel gives it a superior wetting capacity, allowing then a more efficient penetration of the transported pesticide.

 

Other properties

It inhibits the formation of foam and protects the broth against the effects of evaporation.

 

 

 

Preparation: add SpeedWet Xion Activegel at the start of tank loading (1/4 capacity), complete tank loading and incorporate pesticides.

SpeedWet Xion Silicongel synthesizes a long process of research and development

It is the result of a long research and development process aimed at thoroughly identifying the properties necessary to ensure the bioavailability of insecticides and fungicides, in different environmental and application conditions, even the most extreme ones.

SpeedWet Xion Slicongel is an adjuvant of the most concentrated compound formulation and with the exact balance of active ingredients thought for the new application technologies.

The surfactants present in the formulation act jointly with the fatty amides providing key properties for the application of fungicides and insecticides. Together, these properties work in a synergistic manner and enable sprinkling with a more uniform drop, better penetration in the canopy and protected from the effects of high temperatures and low relative humidity conditions.

 

 

Drop size, uniformity and anti-evaporation

The choice of the appropriate drop size results from a compromise between the difficulty of the treatment and the prevailing environmental conditions. More demanding treatments in terms of coverage require smaller drop sizes to penetrate their leaf mass, but as we reduce the size we are more prone to have the broth suffer losses due to evaporation and drift.
This is the reason why SpeedAgro has dedicated many resources to develop a formula with the exact balance of surfactants and fatty amides so that the spray breaks evenly and the resulting drop travels protected towards the target.

 

 

 

Moistening
After the atomization and transport, the drop finally impacts on the objective that, in the case of insecticides and fungicides, is the leaf of the crop. At that moment, it faces different barriers that reject water, causing the sprinkling to run off its surface and fall to the ground.
The presence of dew, pilosity or high deposition of wax, resulting from water stress, aggravate this situation.

SpeedAgro has researched and tested different combinations of surfactants and adherents in order to determine the most effective mixture when moisturizing and generating adhesion of the broth on the surface of the leaf.

 

 

 

Inhibition of foam formation
During the incorporation of the active ingredients into the tank and its subsequent agitation, it can generate a superposition of bubbles that will then form the foam
This generates contamination and losses due to spillage, diminished work autonomy and pulsing flow in the spraying, among other undesirable consequences.
There are different foam control agents, including those silicone-based, which quickly get dispersed through the liquid film that forms the bubble walls. Since silicone has a much lower surface tension (21 mN / m) than most fluids, the surface tension of the film is reduced. The bubbles collapse and the foam disappears.)
After a rigorous selection process, the silicones that showed the best response in the inhibition of foam formation were identified. Its subsequent incorporation into the formula allowed to obtain a product with a highly superior performance.

 

Preparation: add SpeedWet Xion Silicongel at the beginning of tank loading (1/4 capacity), complete tank loading and incorporate pesticides.

Among the treatments that used adjuvants of compound formulation, the highest value of coverage and lowest value of medium volumetric diameter was obtained in the one which was dispersed with SpeedWet Xion Silicongel at a dose of 40 cubic centimeters per hectare.

 

All the treatments that used adjuvants differed significantly from the chemical control (fungicide without adjuvant), without showing statistically significant differences between them. However, the treatment with SpeedWet Xion Silicongel registered an increase in cultural performance as regards treatments 3 and 5, of 142,93 and 226,34 Kg/ha respectively.

 

SpeedWet Maxion NG is a soluble concentrate of compound formulation designed to optimize the absorption and biological action of pesticides.

SPEEDWET MAXION NG, is a compound formulation adjuvant that improves the biological activity of the active ingredients of pesticides, growth regulators, biostimulants and foliar fertilizers when applied to crops. It maximizes the action of the applied product, because it manages to avoid the physical foliar barriers. It acts as a conditioner of the application vehicle (water), sequestering salts, correcting the pH of the broth to its optimum value.


SALT SEQUESTRATION:
It sequesters the dissolved salts and chelates the cations present in the water, which interfere in the action of the pesticides, increasing their activity.

ACIDIFICANT: It prepares the pH of the broth to be sprayed for a greater and better absorption of the active ingredients used.

 

MOISTURIZING ACTION: It reduces the surface tension of the sprayed drops. It allows the product to wet the surface to be treated and to deposit evenly by favoring adhesion.

 

ANTI-FOAM ACTION: It has foam controllers, which facilitates the measurement, avoiding spills in the sprayer during the preparation of the application broth.

SPEEDWET ANTIDERIVA NG, is a liquid adjuvant compound formula specially developed to transmit the suspension of emulsifiable liquids in broths for agricultural sprays.
It can be used in place of oil in applications of insecticides, fungicides and herbicides. With this purpose, it also has anti-evaporation effect, which translates into a greater efficiency of the treatment.

ANTI-EVAPORATING ACTION: It reduces losses due to volatilization and its high anti-evaporation capacity allows it to be used in place of mineral and vegetable oils in applications of graminicides, fungicides and insecticides.

SpeedWet Clean is a product designed to clean and degas the agrochemical residues in the sprayer. The shape of a protective film that prevents redemption on the walls and the sealing of spikes, pipes, etc.

Protocol for cleaning and degassing of spray equipment.

Frequent use of the spray equipment with chemicals of different formulation causes contamination of the powdered broth with depositions and pesticide residues from previous applications. This creates the need to eliminate these remnants to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, the safety of the operator, that of the general public, and respect for the environment and the treated crops, avoiding damage by phytotoxicity in them.

The hardness and alkalinity of the water used in the preparation of the application broth, cause gradual wear of the material and the mechanical parts of the sprayer if proper cleaning of the equipment is not performed after each use. The formation and appearance of scale on the walls of the spraying equipment means that the useful life of the equipment is significantly reduced, and that is why a good cleaning with an agent that allows the elimination of these deposits ensures a greater usefulness of the team.

It is here that SPEEDWET CLEAN acts as a SCALE REMOVER and CLEANING AGENT guaranteeing excellent cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.

 

On the other hand, the application of different phytosanitary products, mainly herbicides (selective, hormonal, etc.) makes it necessary to properly clean the spray equipment before being used again, since the impact of improper cleaning can be quite problematic and expensive.

 

CHARACTERISTICS AND PROPERTIES

Add water to the spray equipment tank until half its volume is completed.
Add SpeedWet Clean according to the recommended dose (see end).
Complete the water volume of the spray equipment tank.
Start the agitator or return system for 10 minutes.
Unload the tank in an appropriate place.
Rinse with clean water.

Inoculants for Silo

LALSIL® silage inoculants are produced by Lallemand Inc. in Milwaukee (USA) and in Aurillac (France) in plants with the highest quality standards in the industry.

After a lyophilization process, they are supplied in the form of water dispersible powders with a container that has been designed to guarantee their useful life and field efficiency.

Its formulations have been developed and tested in more than 30 research centers around the world, including: Arvalis in France, Aarhus in Denmark, El Inra in France, IRTA Spain; University of Aberystwyth, United Kingdom, University of Honenheim, Germany; BLT, Germany, Univ. Of Szeged, Hungary; University of Delaware, USA; University of Florida, USA; Agriculture of Canada, CAD; ESALQ, BR ...).

LALSIL ® silage inoculants are approved and recommended and used in the European Union and in the rest of the world.

 

 

Silage inoculant to improve the aerobic stability of corn silage (whole plant and wet grain). It minimizes biological degradation and keeps nutrients available in the silo. It maintains stability after opening the silo for longer.

Lactobacillus buchneri is a heterofermentative bacterium that contributes directly to better aerobic stability thanks to the production of acetic acid and lactic acid. Acetic acid has an anti fungal power and provides control of the fungal population and yeast of the process.

Yeasts, fungi and aerobic bacteria cause irrecoverable damage to your corn silo due to aerobic deterioration. The growth of these microorganisms produces the increase in temperature and pH of the silage, as well as the reduction of the recovered dry matter and the nutrients available to the ruminant animal.

This is why increasing the temperature of the dough is directly linked to the losses of dry matter that can occur. The greater the difference between the temperature of the dough over the environmental temperature, the greater the losses.

 

 

 

Lalsil AS is used in a proportion of 1g of product per ton of fodder. The content of an envelope (50 g) allows 50 tons of fodder to be treated.


1) Make a pre-dilution of the product (50 g) in 5 liters of clean and chlorine-free water.
2) Dilute subsequently the pre-mix obtained in 45 liters of clean and chlorine-free water.
3) Apply 1 liter of the mixture for each ton of fodder. Use a spray pump operating directly on the cutting equipment, or with the help of a spray backpack during silage preparation.
4) After dispersion of Lalsil AS in water, this mixture should be used within 24 hours

 

 

Inoculant for pasture forage silage that provides greater speed and efficiency in acidification and optimum palatability

Rapid acidification of the silage mass. better preservation of the silage nutritional content. Growth inhibition of undesirable bacteria. It ensures a good quality silage.

Combination of two specific strains with high concentration of colony forming units (cfu).

 

+ Pediococcus acidilactici MA 18 / 5M 1.5 x 10 cfu / g.

Osmotolerant bacterium with strong initial action, quickly acidifies the mass of silage fodder thanks to its high capacity of lactic acid formation.

 

+ Lactobacillus plantarum MA 18 / 5U 5.0 x 10 cfu / g Homofermentative lactic acid bacteria for rapid production of lactic acid, reduction of undesirable microorganisms and better forage conservation.

 

Lalsil CL  is used in a proportion of 2 g of product per ton of fodder.

The content of an envelope (100 g) allows to treat 50 tons of forage.

 

1) Make a pre-dilution of the product (100 g) in 5 liters of clean water without chlorine.

 

2) Dilute subsequently the pre-mix obtained in 45 liters of clean and chlorine-free water.

 

3) Apply 1 liter of the mixture for each ton of fodder. Use a spray pump operating directly on the cutting equipment, or with the help of a coastal pumb during silage preparation.

 

4) After dispersion of Lalsil CL in water, this mixture should be used within 24 hours.
